What we do
Ravinly helps local businesses collect and respond to customer reviews. We act as a service provider to those businesses.
What data we collect
On behalf of a business using Ravinly, we store the customer contact details that the business provides (name, and phone number and/or email address) so we can send review requests on their behalf. We also store the business owner's account information.
How we use it
Customer contact information is used only to send review requests and related follow-ups for the business that provided it. We do not sell customer data or use it for advertising.
Opting out
Every text message includes a way to reply STOP, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are permanent — once someone opts out, Ravinly will not contact them again on behalf of that business.
