What we do

Ravinly helps local businesses collect and respond to customer reviews. We act as a service provider to those businesses.

What data we collect

On behalf of a business using Ravinly, we store the customer contact details that the business provides (name, and phone number and/or email address) so we can send review requests on their behalf. We also store the business owner's account information (name, email and, if provided, mobile number) and any private feedback a customer chooses to send through a Ravinly link.

When a business forwards or pastes a Google review notification into Ravinly, we store that email and the public review inside it (reviewer name, star rating and review text) so we can draft a reply. Review text is processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) solely to write that draft; it is not used to train AI models. Replies are never posted anywhere by Ravinly — the business owner reads, edits and posts each one personally.

How we use it

Customer contact information is used only to send review requests and related follow-ups for the business that provided it. We do not sell customer data or use it for advertising.

Opting out

Every text message includes a way to reply STOP, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are permanent — once someone opts out, Ravinly will not contact them again on behalf of that business.
